Tracy Kindelsperger
Grant and Development Coordinator

Tracy graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in English Literature. She spent her early career in education, in various capacities. While working as a high school English teacher in Florida, Tracy witnessed the gaps in the public school system that can trip up the very students they are meant to serve. She decided to make the jump to nonprofit development to try to fill those gaps.

Tracy brings over five years of nonprofit development experience, including fundraising, program development, marketing, and communications.

She lives in Hopewell with her husband, two children, and rescue doggo.
